Same problem here, no download works. 

File is always in "Preparing" state and no files are created or the game folder is not created at all.

    I love how these EA teams love to ignore us... they don't even say "we are aware of what you guys are dealing"... a LOT of people with the same problem... comon

    @icewarp Same for me you just need to download over a VPN pinging the United States (set to USA) its the only work around I can find
