@Nildraeth unfortunately same thing happens for me, it also gets stuck at 14%
@NGostulinkaguys, I found a way around it and was able to download the DLC! what I did:
- log out the EA App
- turn your computer off fully
- turn it back on again (I found that the restart button doesn't do the trick, so I suggest you really try to turn it off and on manually)
- turn on the EA App, log in
- click repair your game and then quickly go to high school years and click download
- for me the expansion pack jumped into to queue and I was able to download it, I also checked in game and it is in fact there and working smoothly!
I hope it may work for some of you guys!!

Hey, Where do you see download? After I press repair game and go to High School Years all I see is "Repairing..."
I tried this now me EA app won’t open ☹️
I just bought the HSY a week ago, and installed it fine. I decided to move the Sims 4 from a HDD to my NVMe drive. Everything redownloaded fine, except for High School Years. 14%, of course. I was able to download the zip and install it that way.
But I have been having problems downloading a particular stuff pack for Sims 3 (movies) for several weeks, and I decided to see what would happen if I tried that file. So I started to redownload the Sims 3. And I have 2 additional TS3 stuff packs that won't install and 1 EP! I had many failures, and had to try again on some of them. But in the end, I still have some that WILL NOT DOWNLOAD! The EP stops at 14% too, but I noticed that it immediately goes to 14% as soon as I press the resume button. Finally, I downloaded the zip for the EP without any problems and tried to install it the same way as I did HSY, but it didn't work.
The log file where you find the url for the zip files has a section that indicates the problem is external. If it's not the client, then it is the content provider, which is Akamai (based on the log file).
How do you download the zip files?
