can't download the sims 4, stuck on "preparing".

Hey, i bought sims 4 expansion packs, but when i try to download them, they get stuck on preparing. I tryed to clear the cache but it didint helped. I bought this with my own money, so i really want this to work ;D. Please help

    @uga_q lol i redownloaded ea app and now it works :D
