Cant Download Titanfall2

Summarize your bug Can't Install Titanfall 2
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Start the game via the steam when its free for the weekend and try installing it via the EA DESKTOP
What happens when the bug occurs? Infinite Loading screen
What do you expect to see? It Downloading

I player titanfall 2 for the first time when it was free for the weekend on steam, after that I got EA Play (Via Xbox Gamepass) and tried to download it via the EA Desktop app, but it get stuck in a infinite loading screen, and the same occurs when i try to add it to my collection.

I already tried unlinking my steam account, but it still doesn't work.

    Aaah okay I get it, I think I know what's happening then, the app probably thinks that you're trying to boot the Steam version of the game. 

    Could you get in contact with our support team via: https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/ ?

    I think it might have something to do with your entitlements, removing the Steam ones should do the trick.

    Just for my own curiousity, do you only see one version of Titanfall II in your Collection and does it show that you already own the game in the Store?
