Can't install EA App onto laptop
I've been playing the Sims 4 for years, but today I tried to run the game and I got the error 201 code. Have spoken to EA Games help and I followed all their advice, such as clearing the app cache. I've even uninstalled the Sims4 from my computer and deleted all/any EA Games folders (I think) that I can. I still get the attached error message when I try to install the EA App to try and start the process from the beginning - am starting to tear my hair out finding an answer!

That error usually indicates a network issue. Make sure your connection is stable and follow the steps here to troubleshoot:

Once you have signed in, you can opt to use the EA app in offline mode.
