Cant launch Battlefield 2042 through EA Play app

Signed up to EA play and downloaded Battlefield 2042 on my pc running Windows11. I load the game, a minimzed screen pops up, indicating the gaming is in the progress of launching. Then the black p...

@ZAYZ007 I have tried all mentioned solutions without any luck. Very odd that EA is not more(at all) involved in pursuing a solution for this issue.

Cancelling my EA subscription and giving up on this game. Appreciate the help and advice guys
