Cant launch Battlefield 2042 through EA Play app

Signed up to EA play and downloaded Battlefield 2042 on my pc running Windows11. I load the game, a minimzed screen pops up, indicating the gaming is in the progress of launching. Then the black p...

I have the base game of sims 4 and a ton of the DLC all of which is playable on Origins but only the content available through EA Access is usable on the EA app.
