Can't launch game through Steam

Hi EA Team, 

I am experiencing the Sims 4 launch issue described here. When I press Play in Steam, EA App opens briefly, the Sims 4 window flashes, then closes immediately. The Steam Play button goes back to green and the game never launches. No error message appears.  

1. Does the game launch at all?  
   - No, it flashes open then closes immediately.  

2. Does the game load, but buildings, lots, or Sims are missing?  
   - No, it doesn’t reach the loading screen.  

3. Is this happening to every save, or one specific save?  
   - Every save (the game does not get far enough to load saves).  

4. Do you use mods?  
   - I removed all mods and caches, the issue persists.  
   - I repaired Sims 4 in Steam, issue persists.  
   - I uninstalled/reinstalled Sims 4 and EA App, issue persists.  

I have already tried:
- Clearing EA App cache (all locations)
- Reinstalling both EA App and The Sims 4
- Verifying game files in Steam
- Launching TS4_x64.exe directly
- Disabling all mods and caches
- Compatibility / GPU settings
- Confirmed Steam is linked to EA                                                                                                                                            - I removed ALL mods and custom content from the Sims 4 folder, the issue persists.
- I cleared the Sims 4 local caches (localthumbcache.package, cachetr, onlinethumbnailcache).
- I tested with a clean Sims 4 folder (no mods, no saves) and the issue persists.

Additional info:  
- Sims 4 appears in my Steam Library, but does not appear in my EA Account Order History or My Collection.  
- Someone suggested a broken entitlement sync between Steam and EA App.                                                    -I'm play playing the game on PC
