Can't launch games

Games only launch once. After that I get he same error everywhere: Your game failed to launch An error on our end caused your launch to fail. Try again a little later.

    I cleared the cache and looks like it solved the problems at the moment.

@yimmiy am having same problem with Mass Effect Andromeda so how do you clear cache?
