cant open ea app on my mac

when i open origin it tolds me to upgrade to EA app and i cant say no to that. Then press the upgrade button but when i open the AE app it says , couldnt connect to servers. And there's a button says restart app, when i press that nothing happens. It just says the same thing again ☹️

pls help me i wanna play the sims 4
