    Hey @warm-off if you purchased the game from Steam then any refund would need to be addressed with their support.

1. You will not refund because because I purchased the game at steam?

2. You think it is ok to broke the game and do nothing? It's your fault, just take my money back, there is no steam problem.

    We are happy to help with troubleshooting steps on AHQ but if you are looking for a refund for a game you purchased on Steam then you will need to speak with their support in relation to this.
