Can't purchase anything on EA app
It refuses. I have been able buy to things online - on other apps and in general online. But ever since EA app came around I have not been able to purchase anything. It simply won't accept anything. I have the correct billing information, credit card, the money, I allow my creditcard to purchase things online outside of the EU, I have the internet. Nothing works. I have even reinstalled the app but it still won't accept.
Can I have any help or get in contact with someone that can help?

Please try the following steps to clear up any purchase errors you're seeing:
- Use a different payment method
- Make sure your billing details in the EA app match the billing details for your card
- Remove and re-add your payment method from your account
- Make sure the location on your account matches your real location
