Can't start the game, as it's telling me need to enter product key

Product: The EA app Platform:PC Error Report ID (learn how to create an Error Report ID in the sticky post) Which client functionality are you experiencing this bug with? Other (Please Describe) ...

Hello, 

I have the same problem on Mass Effect 3 

I followed the steps and deleted the file 71183.dlf, but this one keeps popping in the License folder each time I try to launch the game.

Do you have any other idea ?

Same here, can't play Mass Effect 3. Really annoying issue that no one seems to be able to fix!!!
