Can't Unlink Xbox Account can't access email
I can't unlink my xbox account from my EA account because the email that is link can't receive new emails. It seems that a lot of others seem to have this issue as well. I can verify everything relating to the xbox side if they could send a message to the xbox account I could reply with the code. I have no idea the answers to their questions to prove my ownership. This account is 10 years old the IP address changed, CC # changed it could be who knows what combination of details. There has to be a better way to get my account unlinked or prove my ownership. You should be able to admin unlink the account like every other company does...

Unfortunately, the only way to get access to this account again is to go through the account recovery process. That's only possible if you can answer the verification questions. This isn't something we can help with over Answers HQ so the best I can recommend is to contact an advisor again and do your best to answer those questions.
