Can't update CVC to make a purchase

Summarize your bug I try to make a purchase, but when it pops up the Payment Info screen, the link to update the CVC for the card on file dose nothing
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Open the EA App, go to The Sims 4, find a pack you haven't purchased yet and try to purchase it, on the Payment Information screen, click "Update"
What happens when the bug occurs? I click "Update" to update my CVC, and it just selects my card with no option to update the card info
What do you expect to see? A pop up screen that allows me to update my CVC

I'm trying to update my payment info so I can purchase The Sims 4 Growing Together, but the link to update my card info doesn't do anything when I click it, and I can't make the purchase. It just needs me to update my CVC. There's no option to add a new card either. I've checked with other packs, and they have the same issue. I've also tried restarting the app, and it still doesn't work. This is the first time I'm making a purchase after being forced to downgrade from Origin against my will, and the card info seems to have been imported from my account

    Hey @MatsuyoRific are you able to remove the saved card and add it again?


    Testing here and was able to do so on my end.

    I've looked all over the app, and there's nowhere to add or remove my card

    I already responded to this Monday, and it's now Thursday. As I said before, there's no option anywhere on the app to add or remove a card. Can someone please just take my money? It's my birthday, and I really wanted to treat myself with this new pack

    So, with you never specifying that I needed to do this on the WEBSITE as there IS no option to change card info on the app it's self, I finally figured out that I can do this on the website here after days of no response. Lo and behold, the app updated my card, but it still won't let me confirm the CVC so I can buy the pack. Would really appreciate some help here so I can buy my birthday present before my NEXT birthday. Thank you.

    Hey @MatsuyoRific if responding to a CM it is always best to use the tagging system like I do when I reply to you.


    I can get thousands of notifications a day and it can help that one can be missed, also best to remember that we are human and do get a weekend and time off so if you require 121 support you can speak with our live support team.

    To speak with a phone or chat adviser:
    Click on your product Origin
    Then select 'PC
    Manage my Account'

    Finally, you can choose to begin a chat or call
