Can't update CVC to make a purchase

Summarize your bug I try to make a purchase, but when it pops up the Payment Info screen, the link to update the CVC for the card on file dose nothing
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Open the EA App, go to The Sims 4, find a pack you haven't purchased yet and try to purchase it, on the Payment Information screen, click "Update"
What happens when the bug occurs? I click "Update" to update my CVC, and it just selects my card with no option to update the card info
What do you expect to see? A pop up screen that allows me to update my CVC
I'm trying to update my payment info so I can purchase The Sims 4 Growing Together, but the link to update my card info doesn't do anything when I click it, and I can't make the purchase. It just needs me to update my CVC. There's no option to add a new card either. I've checked with other packs, and they have the same issue. I've also tried restarting the app, and it still doesn't work. This is the first time I'm making a purchase after being forced to downgrade from Origin against my will, and the card info seems to have been imported from my account
