Can't use redeem code in EA App/EA acc
I have two codes from Origin gifts cards for EA Store EU and have Portugal EA Acc, but can't use my codes. Why? What can I do? EA support gave me something strange like "go and read an article", but isn't help me!

Gift cards are not available in Portugal, as you can see from the information on this link here.
Unfortunately, it is therefore not possible to redeem a gift card on a Portuguese EA account. Depending on the retailer, you might be able to return the gift card there. Otherwise, there isn't anything else we or EA Support can do.
