C&C 3 Add on downloaded but not playable

Just revisited the EA app to play Kanes Wrath (C&C 3 add on). App shows the add on as installed but does not show as playable, just shows the main C&C3 game. Have tried all the suggested fixes, repair, clear cache, uninstall re-install etc. I am logged in on my normal email address account , and the EA account shows add on purchased back in 2008. So the app says its there and downloaded but I can't play it. Suggestions please because I'm really fed up.
