The error message looks like a connection error message.

Have you tried rebooting the router and using a wired internet connection? It might also help performing a clean boot or disabling your anti-virus and firewall.

I have tried rebooting router and I did a clean boot back when the problem first arose. I have tried disabling my antivirus and firewall

  Alright then lets try the Microsoft Troubleshooter. Check if you see the games in there that cannot be installed or if there are any unknown programs that you can fix.
