The error message looks like a connection error message.
Have you tried rebooting the router and using a wired internet connection? It might also help performing a clean boot or disabling your anti-virus and firewall.
I have tried rebooting router and I did a clean boot back when the problem first arose. I have tried disabling my antivirus and firewall

Alright then lets try the Microsoft Troubleshooter. Check if you see the games in there that cannot be installed or if there are any unknown programs that you can fix.
- 4 years ago@EA_Jason Hey, quick update.
I've been talking with Xbox support about this issue who are updating me via email everyday. They asked me to try to launch the apps again and they didn't work. I tried to clear the cache for EA destop again and launched the game again and this time it came up with an ORIGIN ERROR message saying "Invalid License".
Was wondering if this could potentially be amended on your end?- EA_Jason4 years ago

I know it's not about the installs, but I wanted to use the troubleshooter any to see if any errors popped up regarding the registry and if the tool would fix them @Ducckd.
As for the Invalid license, could you let me know which games give this error message and if you had an EA Play subscription in the past that now expired?
