@EA_Jason Nah, all they said was that I had the entitlements for the games. There was no issue there according to the guy I spoke with.

4 years ago@Ducckd Could you ask the support team to log into your account to see if they experience the same issue on the EA app?

- 4 years ago@EA_Jason I have got back in touch with an agent since a month ago I had attached my msinfo and DxDiag information as they requested.
I was supposed to hear back from them after 72 hours so a month without any word was good.
After speaking with the agent today, I have found that there appears to be nothing wrong with my computer according to the files I attached I was then asked to perform another clean boot which brought no new results.
Pls don't send me back to the agents. The majority are half-wits.
The agents a month ago wouldn't log into my account and launch the games as the download would be too long for them.
