Change language in sims4

Question

Hello, I'm writing to you because I don't know what to do anymore. A few days ago the language of my game suddenly changed to English. When I try to install the game, I can only choose one language (English). I live in Poland and I bought the game in Poland. I have everything set to Polish in the application and yet I cannot install the game in Polish. in my country no one can help me.

The screenshot you're sharing shows the language selection on the EA app.

Can you go to your library and uninstall The Sims 4 there? Then reinstall the game, and it should allow you to select Polish as your language there.

Or do you mean you have tried this already and it shows you only English as a Download option?

I've already tried that. I can only choose the language only English

When were you last able to play the game in Polish?

Can you uninstall both, the EA app and The Sims 4? Then reinstall both again and see if that shows the correct language selection.

Yes, my location is set to PolandThe last time I played The Sims 4 in Polish was on September 7, 2023 in the morning, in the afternoon the game was in EnglishI have installed Ea app and the sims 4 several times and still have this problem

@dodek808, did you recently install and download a new Sims 4 DLC, by any chance?&nbsp;

Please reinstall the game again, then clear the EA app Cache and try installing again:
