chat now doesnt work

Hello, i open a ticket and i get an email says i have to press a link to chat now. Doesnt work from phone or PC. whats going on? is the whole EA malfuction? now the ticket says i wasnt available but thats not my fault. What do i do:?

    Tested chat there MatLovesGeo​ and working for me. Can you ensure that you do not have any security software blocking popups?

    No I don’t. And I tried to use VPN for USA. Nothing works.
