Ultimate team - missing chemistry and Play Styles

The chemistry and Play styles are missing for all the players. Attached an example. Tried refreshing the game and nothing changes.

Lagging
As the of Toty, I have been lagging SO BAD. I get spiked every 3 seconds to more than a 1000 ping. My internet has 400 download and 300 upload. Is it just me or is this happening to anyone else?
