Summarize your bug I have had this issue for weeks and tried to use chat support but they could solve it and asked me to do a forum post. The issue is that I have a main account and I want to add my sons account to mine as a teen. He created his EA account profile with Playstation with his PSN account. He's played FIFA, bought things, etc, etc this way. However, he cannot update any of his account settings for his EA account. When we log into his EA account using his PSN account on the ea.com website, it comes up with a screen saying that that Parent/Gaurdian needs to verify their email before they can login. My account (the parent one) already has its account verified and I receive all the notifications via mail for auth codes etc when I login. However, when I request authentication after logging in with my sons account as above, I never get a verification email. Ever. For weeks. No matter how many times I try it never happens. Now here is the odd thing, chat support says my sons account is already linked to that parent account - but I don't see them in my Family section at all. So where I am stuck is that my son's account cannot login due to a parent email verification block - which I cannot get around and the chat support team had no clue how to deal with it.

What happens when the bug occurs? I can't login with my son's account.
What do you expect to see? I'm able to login to my son's account and it shows up under my family area in my account.
