@EA_Darko I have the same issue and I have tried to run this as an administrator but it doesn't seem to work there either. It is highly frustrating and disappointing. My situation is the same as @vivi19k in that I am not a natural PC gamer but was attracted to C&C due to the nostalgic. It's a shame that a huge company such as EA cannot get this right.

When this issue pops up it is generally system-related and something that needs to be troubleshot.
What steps have you taken to try and fix the issue?

windows says it is an incompatable program after trouble shooting
