EA App ask me to relogin for several times every times I close an app, I had made sure that I ticked to "keep me signed in", no surprises, it was obviously behind with steam, frosty mod manager and of course EA, when I attempt to launch "need for speed heat", it close all apps including EA and steam, and begin to launch both together, later EA app asks me to login in over and over again, which is reasons that I can't launch need for speed heat unsuccessfully with frosty
Community Manager@SniperAK472 Hey this is actually something that is being reviewed. Sadly we cannot do much with the mods part but the App asking over and over is something that the team is aware of. The best thing we have seen is simply uninstall both Steam and the EA App.
Then do the following
Delete Windows Temp Files
Then reinstall both launchers. Since this doesn't affect the games installed, it has resolved it for some players having the issue.
I am having this problem as well.
Uninstalling both applications, clearing the temp folder, restarting the machine, and re-installing both apps has done nothing. I still have to login to the EA app every time I attempt to play a game, even if it was purchased through Steam.
This is an extremely annoying bug, and exactly why PC gamers insist on only one launcher.
And yet. Here we are.
Community Manager@XNINEZERO It is definitely one that is a bit aggravating. The team is aware of it and has been looking into it. There are reports that versions of Windows are affecting it but harder to narrow down. There is a larger thread on this, but the thread here, has steps that are working for players while this is investigated.
