What happens when the bug occurs? More than one Crystal Creations is showing which one to I buy??
What do you expect to see? Just one Crystal Creations add on
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure
I went to go buy the new Crystal Creations but when i went to the ea lauch - add-on there are two appearing there I dont' know which one to buy?

Please try clearing the cache for the EA app using the steps here, let me know if that resolves the issue for you.
