I got it to work. I re-installed Origin.
It's an issue with the new EA App. A big issue if you ask me.
Having the new app not applying the subscription even tough you pay...
One thing worth mentioning: I got both the game and EA Play via Steam.

I re-installed EA App again to check if it's fixed but it still isn't. My Steam's EA Play membership benefits/discounts still not apply for the in-game store and monthly rewards are not delivered to me.
So basically EA Play does not work in this game for me.
I tried to (as I said) re-install the app, the game, and checked "the integrity of local files" on Steam. Nothing helped.
Why is this app out of Beta?
