When did this happen? (dd.mm.yy hh:mm) It started about the 08/24/23
Summarize your bug The game goes to launch but errors out with that error. The EA APP says it can be fixed with a repair, but I have tried several times with no effect. This game was working fine but just started not working. This is the only game that doesn't work on the app. This is an older game but as stated it was working now it doesn't. The game has more than direct x 8.1 installed.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? As soon as you launch the game
What happens when the bug occurs? Game title screen comes on and then the game crashes with that error message
What do you expect to see? EA Games Challenge everything start

Machine does have the right drect x and video card

Launched fine in the past.

All other games work fine.
