Try fully uninstalling and reinstalling the game, thanks.

I have the same issue with all the games I have tried to install (FIFA 12, EA 24, Battlefield: Bad Company 2) It always has a problem with the Direct X setup. What is the fix please, because uninstalling and reinstalling the games does not work, nor does it work for clearing EA app cache, uninstall/reinstall EA app, etc.
