Please describe This issue prevents me from confirming my connection between my EA account and home consoles

Summarize your bug EA has taken the liberty of changing the email address listed on my account to an internal email address. As such I can not reset the password or reestablish connection between my account and systems.
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Check any number of posts online confirming similar issues. Or see attached photo.
What happens when the bug occurs? Nothing really, I'm blocked from accessing online capabilities, told my email is something that I would have never personally entered, and I uninstall all of my EA games I looked forward to playing.
What do you expect to see? A message about how EA community managers are unable to look up account information in the forums and told to use the difficult contact us site to be lead in a maddening loop as I lose hope.

I've noticed several people having the issue that they can't link their EA accounts to systems because they need to reset a password. The email address provided in the details of the error list the email as: disabled.ea.com

Usually the only response given in these forums is that individuals accounts can not be looked up through the forum and you'll have to contact them.

This never explains what happens on the backside to change people's connected email address to an internal EA email address. This feels like some sort of scam on the EA side.
