It looks like the issue could be related to your EA account email change. Make sure your email is updated in your EA account and try re-linking Steam. You can also manually enter the product key from Steam. If the problem continues, EA Support might need to fix it on their end.

Unfortunately I cant relink steam for another while as Ive done it recently. In my EA account the email is said to be my current email so I dont understand the problem there. Lastly is there a method to get the product key from steam?? I couldnt find it. As for the support page they have done very little to help and simply told me to update my drivers. Thanks anyway
