DLC installed but not working

Product: The Sims 4Platform:PCWhich language are you playing the game in? EnglishHow often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)What is your current game version number? LatestWhat expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? I have quite a few different packs.Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I installed it on steam and it ruined my game on EAWhat happens when the bug occurs? I cannot access any of the DLC I have paid for What do you expect to see? An update to the launcher that fixes.Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? YesDid this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? YesPlease describe the patch or change you made. I installed on steam‌Games DLCs is not accessible at all. Constantly saying needs to be restarted.

Otherwise, please run searches for two or three of your missing packs.&nbsp; Open a File Explorer window, click This PC in the left panel, and enter the folder name for one of the missing packs in the search field in the upper-right corner.&nbsp; This is the full list of packs:

For example, if you're looking for Seasons, you'd search for EP05 .&nbsp; Wait for the search to finish, then make sure the full file path is showing under each result.&nbsp; If it's not, expand the window sideways as necessary.&nbsp; Take a screenshot using Windows key-shift-S and attach it to a reply here.&nbsp; Then repeat for one or two more packs.
