"download error", clear cache and my game disappear

So i bought FC24 today, the Ultimate Version and i redeemed it on ea app. The game wouldn´t start downloading and it shows a message saying "download error". When i googled it, EA HELP suggested to ...

@BAPTISTAO17 Hey, it looks like you were able to get into the game. Did you take any special steps or did it just update and let you access the content.
