So I gave it up and refunded game instead.....

More than 35 mails exchanged
Average response time around 4 hours
Most of the emails were about
5x Verificcation via code, if they are talking with the owner
4x asking for an email address asociated with account
4x offered guide with reinstalation of app
2x told me to close all others apps except EA App
4x asked whats my problem (they even have video of it and report from EA tool)
and before last verification (last two mails) they asked what I am using as app to download a game....
Thank you for you effort. Anyway, I refunded the game already. I do not have nerves for this. Will never try to buy anything from EA again and will heavily discourage all my friends from ever doing so. 🙂 Farewell 🙂
