Download/Play button will not load on game Overview pages

Summarize your bug Download and Play buttons (as well as other information) will not load on game Overview pages.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Install the EA App. Click on any game from the Home, Browse, or My Collection pages to load its Overview page.
What happens when the bug occurs? On game Overview pages, the box to the right of the cover art and logo of the game will not load the Download or Play button that is meant to be there. Instead there is a 3-dot loading animation that stays in that spot forever. (Screenshot attached.) All other information on the page appears to load just fine. This is happening on all games that I have looked at (owned games, EA Play games, free-to-play games). I have reinstalled the app, restarted my PC, and ran App Recovery. This is the first install of the EA App on my PC.
What do you expect to see? The Download or Play button, as well the as Last Played and Time Played information.
I cannot install free-to-play games or EA Play games because of this.
