Dragon Age Inquisition Not Launching x EA app

Hello

I have a problem with Dragon Age Inquisition, i have tryed clean boot, fullscreen optymalization, lunching the game as administrator and compatybility with win8/7/vista, fixing files in origin/ea desktop app, disabling my antivirus and reinstalling directx and vc redist.

I'm not getting any error or something when i press Play my origin just minimalizes and after few seconds pops up back and game don't want to lunch, no black screen or anything too.

    Hi @Robin7808 Thanks for this information, as @mcsupersport mentioned we may be running into a performance issue on your device. One thing to note your DxDiag does not list a Processor. 

    If we are running into a performance issue, we can try the following to see if it helps DAI load again, if not we may need to try a different device.

    For pc/laptop solution. 

    Uninstall DAI

    Uninstall EA App 

    Make a new user account with Admin rights. 

    Sign into that. 

    Download EA app

    Download DAI 

    Enjoy.

    It's been a little while and I'm having the same problem. I've tried every fix suggested multiple times. Clicking on 'Play' in Steam kicks in the EA app, it does its thing and then the app shuts off and the game in Steam no longer says it's running. No error, no message, nothing. It worked fine a couple of months ago after I switched to the EA app, but now it does zilch. Fallen Order works, DAI does not. Any questions about traditional tech support will be answered with "yes I did that", just to save some time and effort.

    Dragon Age Inquisition will not run, I start from EA app, the app goes off screen, the busy icon shows for a bit then the EA app comes back,

    I had a similar problem with Dragon Age Origins but that was solved by installing through steam (would not work) then repairing it in EA app it worked. It did not work if install via EA app.

    I have not tried DA2. 

    I cannot try this with DA:I as I don't own it on steam..

    I had similar problems with Mass Effect(s) but the legendary I have had no real problem with.
