Is Anyone Else Having issues with Ea app not showing up or crashing .

I've been dealing with the Ea App im not sure. if the app is crashing or not but i did do a app recovery and the app updater . I also uninstalled and reinstalled the app and im still having the same issues. I can not resume my open case  i had with ea . not sure what else to do i also do a reset on my computer as well is anyone else having this issue .
