Summarize your bug 2 weeks ago I was having an issue where Dragon Age Inquisition would not launch and instead the app would just open and close it's self to the point that I had to manually shut it down with the task manager. I requested help from you guys and received no help at all, but the problem magically fixed itself 4 days later and I was able to play. Well not anymore, as of today the same issue is happening again. Maybe you can actually help me this time?

What happens when the bug occurs? The game fails to launch and the app would just open and close it's self to the point that I had to manually shut it down with the task manager
What do you expect to see? I expect my games I paid for to actually work
