Skims 4 game not playing after resume mode is selected

I got a error code that said 110:4dc96e6e:4d1e03ab that stated the game failed to load that it is recommended to relaunch the game. I have done this several times and also repaired the game. Sometimes it will get to the resume a household and i click it but then just stay stuck in loading mode until i shut my laptop down completely. I'm not sure when this occurred before august 25th as when i tried to get back on and play. can someone please help me with this. Thank you in advanced.
