Just to make sure I understand correctly, are you still able to see these friends in your Friends list in the EA app? Does it just always show them as Offline?
Are you not seeing some of your friends at all in your Friends list? Are you able to see these friends as online when you're in a game, even if they don't show up in the EA app?
I am having exactly the same problem
I am online my friend is online but he can't see me that I am online and the same for me I can't see him online to .
