Ea app acting really weirdly

Question

Just got a microsoft acc with gamepass 1 month to play fc26,i open the ea app,i login,it gives me a blank screen for 30 seconds then gives a server error,if i stay idle after some minutes it opens the ea app,i try to launch the game,game says launching ac and then launcing game,it closes blinks and opens ea app once again .

Could you please let us know which troubleshooting steps you've tried so far, so we don't ask you to repeat the same steps again? While we don't know which steps you've tried yet, I'd suggest starting by clearing the EA app's cache:&nbsp;

Go to the EA app menu.&nbsp;
On Windows, select the three dashes in the far-left corner of the EA app.
Scroll to Help.
Select App recovery.
Select Clear cache.
