EA app Can't Connect to Servers
I get a problem saying "Couldn't connect to servers" followed by "We ran into a problem, but a quick restart should fix it.". I have tried numerous things, including clearing the EA app's cache files...

Summarize your bug My computer is connected to the internet via wifi, and the EA app isn't wanting to connect. It's still giving me the option to play some of my downloaded games, however, the app won't connect to the internet.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Just launching the app causes me to get the "Couldn't connect to servers" screen, with the option to restart the app or play a downloaded game.
What happens when the bug occurs? I get directed to a screen that has some of my downloaded games on it, along with the option to restart the app (which I have done multiple times.)
What do you expect to see? The EA App, connected to the internet.
