Me too, this has been happening to me since November 2025, no fix in sight unless you try and make a new windows user account and see if that works

I've been having the same issue for the past 2 WEEKS. I've talked to so many customer service agents about this and have gone through so many troubleshooting including :
resetting my entire laptop
updated both windows and ea
uninstally and re-installing through revo and normal system settings
deleted ea folders and cache
running as administrator, 're syncing' my files and changing app properties
I'm genuinely at a loss as for what to do, I spend all this money on the Sims and every few months, without fail the EA app breaks. Like a punishment for being inactive
