I encounter the same or almost the same issue. Was playing BF6 beta, closed the game, closed EA APP, restart the PC and suddenly EA APP told me that my cloud sync is missing or broken, cant even do anything about that and the game won't even launch.
Seems like I fixed the issue. Apparently the app would not load because my controller was plugged in smh. Of all things.
