Summarize your bug When I try to launch the EA app through its app or any game it crashes. It says "Oh snap, it crashed. The EA app ran into a problem. A simple restart should solve the issue." Nothing I have tried (computer restarting, closing the app with task manager, reinstalling the app, and running as administrator) has made this error disappear.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Just try to launch the app from a game or the EA app itself.
What happens when the bug occurs? It attempts to connect to the EA app, then says "Oh snap, it crashed. The EA app ran into a problem. A simple restart should solve the issue."
What do you expect to see? A game to start or for the EA app to launch.
I mainly play sims 4, I tried to launch sims a while back and none of the packs would load. I uninstalled and redownloaded sims 4 with the EA app. Ever since that the EA app has repeatedly failed to connect and just crashes. The crash says to restart the app and has a button, I have tried that button, I have closed it in task manager and restarted it that way, I have restarted my PC, uninstalled and redownloaded the EA app and tried to run the EA app as administration. Nothing I have found has worked and it just gives the same crash message telling me to restart the app. I also attempted to put in the Error Report ID but when I hit submit, it also had an error so I couldn't get an ID.
