I'm having the same issue, any time I try to launch the Sims 4 or the EA app it gives me the app crashed unexpectedly message. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the EA app, clearing the cache an run as administrator to no avail. It's so frustrating, does anyone have a fix for this?
