Yeah, I already checked I don’t have any VPNs installed, so there’s nothing to turn off. It’s not a matter of me just not using one; I simply don’t have any installed.

Thanks for checking! In that case there may be an issue with the settings on your EA account- this isn't something we can check for over the forums as we don't have access to your account details, so you'd want to get back in contact with live support so they can investigate into this further with you and see what's causing this.

I did. I first opened the case a month ago, but they said they couldn’t do anything about it and told me to bring it here. I contacted them again a few days ago, and this time they said they’d be escalating it up the channel. They also suggested I post here, so that’s what I did.

same here..
only with €, had a season-pack for 23,99€ and payed more €. In my case, they charged 23,99 CHF and my bank charged taxes for foreign money.
Maybe thats the reason why you have to pay more, too?
Anyway, EA has to fix this. I also contacted help, chat and callcenter. No VPN, no reason why the make wrong charges for at least 2 months. No help, they can‘t do anything, i have to write here….I bought a lot of packs in the past without any troubles.
Maybe we get help, when we are more people…
