EA APP DOES NOT CONNECT TO THE INTERNET

When I open the EA APP application, it does not connect to the internet and it does not open the games because it is not connected to the internet. I can only open the games in offline mode.

When you explain it, it seems like a very general problem, but it is very difficult to understand the problem without seeing it.
