@Wiadson Yet another fix is if you have installed any antivirus such as Malwarebytes, uninstall it and check if the issue is resolved.

Hi @MrMoonSlam, @openrach, I assume you have internet running?

No anti virus or firewall blocking?

Also what network set up do you have?

@EA_Atic help us pls, feel so bad. I turn off Anti virus, turn off firewall blocking but it does not work, my internet connection is fine. Can play other games except form EA

@trangkhoactgI've found a "crutch" solution using proxy/vpn. I' ve used proton vpn(Netherlands) for app initialization, now seems to work fine.
UPD: no need to use vpn for each launch.
Seems the easiest solution for me...

    @trangkhoactg I've downloaded proton VPN and just connected to Nitherlands server and resatred ea launcher.
    
    Here is link to proton vpn https://protonvpn.com/
    After one launch everything works without vpn correct
